A great book all around for help with tree identification. A very thorough guide which shows you the leaves, leaf structures, branches, inner and outer bark, and the entire tree itself to make sure you can correctly identify each one confidently. There are even a few trees with particular smells and tastes that the book mentions. There is also a short descriptive section that teaches you the terms for the parts of a leaf. The only thing I don't like about the book is that it is supposed to be about trees in the northeast and it is really about trees all along the east coast. Not really a big deal though. All in all, a really good book to help you learn about the trees around you.
