Today's adventure to local SGI Middle School in Springville New York... for a Workshop with teachers and faculty on bread baking! Everyone made their own to take home and worked thru the process from scratch! The next few months I will be headed to work with them, with the funds from a NYS grant. They have requested more information on farm to table cooking, medicinal herbs, foraging, baking, cooking, raised bed gardens and planting by the Moon phases etc...one workshop a month for the staff unt
